To file a claim for your Commuter Benefits Account, you will need to complete the WageWorks Pay Me Back Claim Form. You can fax your completed claim form to the fax number provided on the form or mail to the address on the form. Complete a separate line for each month you are filing claims for and include a receipt with the date(s) of service for every expense. Do Not submit original receipts; keep them for your records.
