New Hires
Newly hired employees are eligible for benefits on their date of hire
Once a newly hired employee selects and submits their benefit elections, they will receive their new ID cards within 7 to 10 business days
Newly hired employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan three business days following receipt of your 1st paycheck
If newly hired employees do not enroll in the 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan, they will automatically be enrolled in the Plan the 1st of the month following the month in which they where eligible to participate (i.e. hire date 5/1, eligible to participate 6/1, will be auto enrolled 7/1)
Family Status Change
You must notify the Benefits Department within the first 31 days from the event date of a Qualified Family Status Change to make changes to your benefits
